A strong, trusting connection between you and your therapist is one of the most important parts of therapy. When you feel safe, understood, and respected, real growth and healing can happen.

We offer a free 15-minute initial consultations either by video or phone. This gives you a chance to briefly meet your therapist, ask any questions, and explore whether it feels like a good fit. Your therapist will also take a moment to learn more about your needs and how we can best support you.

• Insurance Coverage for IL:We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield & Blue Cross Blue Choice PPO. We can verify your benefits prior to your first session, however we encourage clients to call the number on the back of their insurance card to receive the most accurate information.

• Intake Appointments: $180

• Individual Appointments: $165

• Birth Chart Readings: $125

• Astrology Coaching: $165

At this time, we accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and direct bank transfers. Existing clients can easily set up their preferred payment method through the client portal.

Please note that Tides of Totality requires a 24- hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Call or email to cancel or reschedule. Failure to reschedule will result in a cancelation fee, unless the cancellation is due to a medical or family emergency.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
