Tides of Totality offers secure teletherapy for adults and young adults in Illinois. Online therapy provides flexibility and ease, while offering the same depth of care and connection as in-person sessions.

Therapy here is collaborative and tailored to you. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, we work together to explore patterns, build practical tools, and support healing around anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stress. The goal is simple: to help you feel more grounded, clear, and aligned within yourself and in your life.


Getting Started

A strong, trusting connection with your therapist is one of the most important parts of therapy. When you feel safe, understood, and respected, real growth and healing can happen.

We recommend a free 15-minute initial consultation by video or phone. This is a chance to meet your therapist, ask questions, and explore whether it feels like a good fit. Your therapist will also take a moment to understand your needs and discuss how we can best support you.
